One of the cool things about Geocaching is that people get very creative with the cache's that they put out there.  For traditional containers, by far the best is the ammo box.  There is just so much cool stuff you can fit in them and they are virtually indestructible.  The downside is that due to its size, it is harder to conceal.

There are also, many different types of caches.  The most abundant is the traditional cache.  You also have the multi cache, virtual cache, earth cache and on and on.  My new favorite is the webcam cache.  I have only seen one of these in Northern Ireland and it is in the Belfast City Center.  If anybody knows of any other, please let me know.  If yo don't have a smart phone, you will need to seek the help of a friend to take a snapshot of the computer screen with you in the cam like below.

Antrim Dark Hedges

Decided to take my nite out and go grab a cache that I have been meaning to for a while.  The Dark Hedges are just outside of Ballymoney and were planted around 300 years ago.  They are not historically significant, but are cool none the less.  They are quite creepy, especially at when it is starting to get dark out.  Places like this are what I am going to miss the most when my family and I move back to the States in a couple months.

My Geocaching Adventures

This blog, as you can probably tell, is going to detail my Geocaching adventures around the world.  I am starting this a little late, so I will have to catch everybody up on where I have gone and some of the cool cache's that I have found.  I hope you all like it.

You can bet that this blog will be very heavy on the pictures.  Above is my favorite so far.  Stonehenge was definitely impressive to see and I got the added bonus of picking up a virtual cache there.
